About The Role:

We are looking for someone to join our chocolate production team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you would be responsible for the production of wholesale chocolate. They are also responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the production kitchen through correct stock handling, completion of daily preparation tasks and cleaning.The role will also be responsible for maintaining up to date recipes, methodology and food safety documentation. 

Some Tasks Include:

• End to end production of chocolate including sorting, roasting tempering, wrapping and packaging.
  
• Ensure chocolate is produced is in line with recipes and production methods.
  
• Produce the required production levels/volumes as requested by the Production Manager. 
  
• Complete daily kitchen set up and pack down tasks as assigned.
  
• Ensure daily cleaning and task checklists are completed and signed off at the end of each shift.
  
• Ongoing quality control of all ingredients, production and stored stock, reporting any issues to the Production Manager.
