Sour Cherry + Almond

This bar is made using our 70% Dominican Republic chocolate from Zorzal cacao. It combines Victorian biodynamic slow roasted almonds and chewy organic dried sour cherries.  

The almonds we sourced for this bar are grown near Mildura along the river banks of the Murray.

This bar is limited edition and will only be available until sold out.

Our Process

From the harvest and sorting, through roasting and winnowing, to grinding and pouring - every bar of our chocolate takes almost a week to make and it’s all done in our factory in Cremorne. We start with small samples and explore the characteristics of each batch before developing a new variety of chocolate.
