Founded by brothers Charlie and Harry Nissen in 2012, Hunted+Gathered began with a simple question: how good could chocolate be if every stage was considered?

Cacao is roasted, ground, refined, tempered and moulded at 68 Gwynne Street, Cremorne. Keeping production under one roof allows close control of flavour, texture and traceability.

We work with traceable cacao from producers including Zorzal Cacao in the Dominican Republic, Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania and Makira Gold in the Solomon Islands. Zorzal is the world’s first Bird Friendly certified cacao farm.
