Frequently Asked Questions
Can we add our logo or branded packaging?
Yes. We print custom labels and branded packaging in-house at Cremorne. Send us your artwork and we provide a digital proof before any production begins.
How far in advance do I need to order?
For standard orders, three to five business days before your delivery date. For bespoke and branded projects, allow four to six weeks for design, print and assembly. In November and December, add one week to either timeline.
Can it be delivered to multiple addresses?
Yes. Orders can go to one office or to many addresses across Australia. Send us your recipient list and we handle the rest.
Can I include a personal note for each recipient?
Yes. A printed gift note is included with every order. For multiple recipients, individual notes can be personalised per address.
Can I request a sample before placing a bespoke order?
Yes, for qualifying order sizes. We can also provide a digital proof for approval before any branded production begins. Request a sample when you make your enquiry.
Can a bespoke order be completed in less than four weeks?
We make everything in Cremorne and handle design and print in-house, which gives us some flexibility. Rush orders are considered case by case and may carry additional fees. Contact us with your timeline.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Many products in our range are vegan, dairy free and gluten free, with no artificial additives. Some seasonal products contain dairy or gelatine, so please refer to individual product details.
