Can we add our logo or branded packaging?

Yes. We can add custom labels and branded packaging for suitable order volumes. Send us your artwork and we provide a digital proof before production.

How far in advance do I need to order?

For Christmas 2026, enquire by Friday 30 October for branded or bespoke orders and order ready-made bulk gifts by Friday 4 December. Outside peak periods, allow 4–6 weeks for bespoke projects and 3–5 business days for standard bulk orders. Later requests are subject to capacity.

Can it be delivered to multiple addresses?

Yes. Orders can go to one office or to multiple addresses across Australia. Send us your recipient list and we can arrange the deliveries.

Can I include a personal note?

Yes. Gift notes can be included, and for multi-address orders notes can be personalised by recipient.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

We have vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options across the range. Product ingredients and allergen information should be checked for each item before ordering.
