Retail Assistant - Casual

Fitzroy · 2–3 days per week

We’re looking for a warm, capable and reliable Retail Assistant to join our shop team for 1–3 days per week. Weekend availability is essential, with occasional public holiday work where required.

About the role

As a Retail Assistant, you will:

• Welcome customers and provide thoughtful, personalised service
• Learn about our products and confidently assist customers
• Process sales and support the day-to-day running of the shop
• Replenish stock and maintain considered, well-presented displays
• Help keep the shop clean, organised and inviting
• Assist with deliveries, events and product launches when required
• About you

We’d love to hear from someone who:

• Is friendly, confident and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Communicates warmly and professionally
• Is reliable, organised and attentive to detail
• Takes initiative and works well within a small team
• Is interested in our products and eager to learn
• Has previous retail or customer-service experience—preferred, but not essential
• Is available to work weekends
