Retail Assistant (Casual)

Fitzroy · 2–3 days per week

We’re looking for a warm, capable and reliable Retail Assistant to join our shop team for 2–3 days per week. Weekend availability is essential, with occasional public holiday work where required.

About the role

• Welcome customers, provide thoughtful, personalised service, and learn our products to confidently assist them.
• Process sales, replenish stock, maintain well-presented displays and keep the shop clean, organised and inviting.
• Support the day-to-day running of the shop and assist with deliveries, events and product launches when required.

About you

• Friendly and confident, with warm, professional communication and a genuine enjoyment of helping people.
• Reliable, organised and attentive to detail; able to take initiative and work well within a small team.
• Interested in our products and eager to learn. Retail or customer-service experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Available to work weekends.
