Win “A Year’s Worth of Chocolate” — Terms and Conditions

 

Promoter

Hunted+Gathered Pty Ltd as trustee for The Charlie Chocolate Factory Trust (ABN 62 536 607 041), 68 Gwynne St, Cremorne VIC 3121, trading as Hunted+Gathered.

Promotion Period

Starts 10 November 2025 at 08:00 AEDT and ends 15 December 2025 at 12:00 AEDT. Purchases outside this period are ineligible.


Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18+.
  • Excludes employees and immediate families of the Promoter and associated agencies.
  • One entry per person (matching name, email, and shipping address). Multiple accounts/emails by the same person are not allowed. The first eligible order counts.

 

How to Enter

  • Make a single order of $180 or more (after discounts, including GST, before shipping) at huntedandgathered.com.au during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) entry.
  • Entries are automatic for eligible orders; no separate form is required.
  • If an order is refunded, cancelled, or returns reduce the order below $180, the entry becomes invalid.
  • Gift card purchases do not count towards eligibility.
  • Wholesale, corporate invoice, or staff orders are excluded.

 

Prize

  • One (1) winner receives 12 deliveries of Hunted+Gathered products valued at $115 RRP each, shipped monthly within Australia with free standard shipping. Total prize value $1,380 AUD.
  • Monthly selections may be curated based on availability and season. Reasonable substitutions of equal or higher value may be made.
  • Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash except as required by law.
  • Shipping is within Australia only. During periods of extreme heat, dispatch may be delayed to protect product quality.

 

Winner Selection, Notification and Publication

  • Game of chance. A computerised random draw will be conducted at 68 Gwynne St, Cremorne VIC 3121 on 16 December 2025 at 11:00 AEDT.
  • The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days.
  • The winner’s first initial, surname and postcode will be published at huntedandgathered.com.au/pages/winners on 18 December 2025 and remain online for at least 30 days.


Unclaimed Prize

  • If the winner does not claim or cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur at the same place on 7 January 2026 at 11:00 AEDT.
  • The redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days and published at huntedandgathered.com.au/pages/winners within 2 business days, remaining online for at least 30 days.

 

Verification, invalid entries and conduct

  • The Promoter may request ID and proof of purchase; details must match the order.
  • Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, or generated by scripts, bots or macro processes will be invalid.
  • The Promoter may disqualify entries that breach these terms or attempt to interfere with the Promotion.


Amendments and cancellation

  • Where reasonably necessary, the Promoter may amend, extend or suspend the Promotion (including dates) or cancel it due to events beyond its control, provided no entrant is materially disadvantaged. Any change will be posted on the T&Cs page.

General

  • The Promoter is not liable for late, lost or misdirected entries or correspondence except where caused by its negligence.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
  • The Promoter will keep draw records and winner logs for 3 years.

Concurrent offer (GWP)

A separate “gift with purchase” (GWP) offer may run during part of the Promotion Period. The GWP is independent of this prize draw and does not affect the chance of winning.

• GWP offer period: until 30 November 2025, 23:59 AEDT, or while stocks last.

• Eligibility: one GWP per order that totals $180 or more after discounts (incl. GST, before shipping)during the GWP offer period.

• If an order is refunded, cancelled, or returns reduce the order below $180, the GWP must be returned unopened or the Promoter may charge its RRP.

• Not transferable or redeemable for cash. Substitutions of equal or higher value may be made if the stated GWP is unavailable.

• The GWP offer may end early if stock is exhausted. Any changes will be posted on the offer page.

 

Privacy

  • We collect personal information (name, email, order details and shipping address) to administer this promotion, contact the winner, deliver the prize, meet publication/record-keeping requirements, and address enquiries. We may disclose this information to our service providers (e-commerce, email, fulfilment and couriers) and to regulators if required. Some recipients may be located outside Australia.
