Baker Bleu
Founded in Melbourne in 2016 by Mike and Mia Russell, Baker Bleu makes sourdough bread and pastries using long fermentation and traditional baking methods. Their bread is known for its dark crust and depth of flavour. To mark their tenth birthday, we have brought their rye sourdough into our 55% dark chocolate, with caramelised brittle, caraway and salt.
The character of cacao
We roast each origin to bring out its individual flavour, then refine the chocolate over several days for a smooth finish.

How should I store it, and how long does it keep?
Store your chocolate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Check the best-before date on your bar for its shelf life.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same business day; later orders leave the next business day. Within Australia, allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for standard delivery or 1–3 for express. These are estimates. View delivery details.
How do you protect chocolate in warm weather?
We recommend Insulated Express Service during warmer weather, with insulation and an ice pack. In extreme heat, we may delay dispatch. If your chocolate arrives melted, contact us for a refund or replacement, whether or not you chose insulated delivery.
How can I track my order?

What if my order arrives damaged or something is missing?
