Warm-weather delivery

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. We highly recommend adding our $10 Insulated Express Service during warmer weather. Your order will be sent by Express Post with insulation and an ice pack to help protect it in transit.

During extreme heat, we may hold your order until conditions are safer for dispatch.

Melt-safe guarantee

If your chocolate arrives melted, contact us and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement. This guarantee applies whether or not you selected Insulated Express Service.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination or carrier conditions.
