Drinking Chocolate 60%

A 60% drinking chocolate made using cacao from the Duarte province of the Dominican Republic. This cacao exhibits flavours of malt and maple which is complemented with subtle notes of molasses from the coconut sugar. 


How To Use

In a small pot, warm milk with the drinking chocolate mixture. Whisk until the drinking chocolate is dissolved and milk is steaming. Serve immediately.

Our Process

From the harvest and sorting, through roasting and winnowing, to grinding and pouring - every bar of our chocolate takes almost a week to make and it’s all done in our factory in Cremorne. We start with small samples and explore the characteristics of each batch before developing a new variety of chocolate.
