The Cherry Almond bar is made with biodynamic almonds from our friends at Manna Farms. Manna Farms is located in the north west of Victoria and is run by David and Rob Keens. Manna has been a family run farm since 1969 and was originally founded by Ian Keens. They grow a variety of citrus and avocados along side their almond production. We are lucky to be able to sourced such a high quality product with in Victoria. The almonds are great to work with and really lend them selves to our slow roasting process which brings out the flavour of the raw almonds.
From the harvest and sorting, through roasting and winnowing, to grinding and pouring - every bar of our chocolate takes almost a week to make and it’s all done in our factory in Cremorne. We start with small samples and explore the characteristics of each batch before developing a new variety of chocolate.
