Refunds (if applicable)


Refunds are only offered in cases where products are damaged or defective. If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us at info@huntedandgathered.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or further details to assess your claim. If approved, we will arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.


Exchanges (if applicable)


Exchanges are only offered for items that are damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, please email info@huntedandgathered.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.


Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of the item if it's found to be damaged or defective. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, any applicable refund will be sent to them.
