A 60% drinking chocolate made using cacao from the Duarte province of the Dominican Republic. This cacao exhibits flavours of malt and maple which is complemented with subtle notes of molasses from the coconut sugar.

In a small pot, warm 200g milk with 40g chocolate powder. Whisk until the powder is dissolved and milk is steaming. Serve immediately.

How to Use


From the harvest and sorting, through roasting and winnowing, to grinding and pouring - every bar of our chocolate takes almost a week to make and it’s all done in our factory in Cremorne. We start with small samples and explore the characteristics of each batch before developing a new variety of chocolate.
