Our products are available for the food service industry. We offer chocolate buttons from our range of single origin chocolate and drinking chocolate available in 50%, 60% and 70%.

We use Zorzal Cacao's beans to create our drinking chocolate. To make our drinking chocolate we hand sort the beans, roast, winnow and stone-grind them to make liquor (100% pure chocolate).  The liquor is mixed with coconut sugar and Dominican Republic cacao powder to create a balanced drinking chocolate.
