A 50% drinking chocolate made using cacao from the Duarte province of the Dominican Republic. This cacao exhibits flavours of malt and maple which is complemented with subtle notes of molasses from the coconut sugar.

How to Use

In a small pot, combine water with brown sugar until dissolved. Whisk in chocolate over a medium heat until smooth and steaming. Transfer to cups and serve immediately.
