Drinking Chocolate 70%

A 70% dark drinking chocolate made using cacao from Camino Verde in the the Durán region in Ecuador. This drink exhibits deep chocolate flavours as well as slight tannic undertones with a hint of sweetness from the coconut sugar

 

How To Use

In a small pot, combine water with brown sugar until dissolved. Whisk in chocolate over a medium heat until smooth and steaming. Transfer to cups and serve immediately


Water: 100g

Chocolate: 75g 

Brown sugar: 4g (optional)

Our Process

From the harvest and sorting, through roasting and winnowing, to grinding and pouring - every bar of our chocolate takes almost a week to make and it’s all done in our factory in Cremorne. We start with small samples and explore the characteristics of each batch before developing a new variety of chocolate.
