Our certified organic hazelnuts are grown in Turkey. They are slow roasted to bring out their natural buttery, toasted and earthy notes.
Our cacao liquor is made from 100% certified organic cacao nibs. They are all roasted and winnowed in house.
Our raw sugar is made from certified organic sugar cane, grown and processed in Australia.
Our cacao powder is 100% certified organic and certified fair trade.

We use sea salt from Olsson's in Queensland. Olssons harvest from The Great Barrier Reef and The Great Australian Bight.
From the harvest and sorting, through roasting and winnowing, to grinding and pouring - every bar of our chocolate takes almost a week to make and it’s all done in our factory in Cremorne. We start with small samples and explore the characteristics of each batch before developing a new variety of chocolate.
